FOUR STEP PROCESS

Step 1 Research:

When accessing private Healthcare there are some important elements to consider. Is the organization reputable? Do they undertake the service I require? What are the costs, and can I afford it? And I paying myself or using insurance? There’s lots to consider and we at Beacon understand this, take your time to read our website, cast a look at our service offering, our location, and reviews etc. and bear in mind that if you require any guidance or additional information, our team are experts and are always more than happy to help.


Step 2 Book:

So, you have decided on using Beacon, brilliant! In order to book, you will need a referral from a GP to the specific service which you require, this is to ensure that the consultant we provide is a specialist in your desired field. This can be done through your NHS GP, or you can use a private GP such as one provided by Beacon (see GP services page for pricing). Following a GP consultation and the receipt of your referral; you will be asked when an appointment is convenient for you, and a single fixed price quotation will be outlined with a cost breakdown. If you require any guidance, contact us and we will guide you through the process.


Step 3 Consultation:

We will contact you and provide information detailing your appointment, what to expect on the day and any preparations you may need to make before arriving. Additionally, you will be assigned your own parking space and be asked about any special requests/ requirements. All to ensure that you not only receive the best quality service, but a service that is best suited to you.


Step 4 Relax:

Once you have attended your appointment and had a diagnostic consultation carried out, you can rest assured that the rest is being undertaken quickly and efficiently, behind the scenes, by us here at Beacon. All test results will be with your GP within 48 hours, and we will let you know if any follow up is required. In the meantime, be proud that you have taken control of your own healthcare needs.
